How It

Works

  • Join our upcoming open practices to ensure we are the right fit for you. We host practices year-round in all Allen, Frisco, and The Colony.

  • We expect that all athletes exploring Canteraz attend 2-4 weeks of free open practices.

This allows the player and parent to assess our sessions, coaches, trainers, and environment.

We utilize this time to also assess the player and parents to ensure the family fulfills our family profile.

  • “Canteraz have been a blessing to my daughter’s soccer journey. Giving her guidance in every aspect from soccer IQ, to nutrition, to strength and conditioning. It’s been everything she needs to help her compete at a high level and keep pursuing her dreams.”

    Current Parent

  • “Canteraz Soccer is a program that focuses on the development of a player as a whole, from the physical aspect to mental, and nutritional too. Having been part of the Canteraz has been great for me as a player.”

    Current Parent

  • “I’ve noticed Kaylee's confidence change after just a few sessions with Canteraz. There hasn’t been a session with Canteraz where she doesn’t ask when she can come back as soon as she gets in the car. She enjoys the extra sessions and I love seeing the results on the field.”
